Highly detailed, efficient and pioneering, the use of CAD drawings in commercial kitchen design revolutionised the planning and design process.
In 1986, at Zanussi CLV Systems in London, Graham began to use the AutoCAD software to improve the speed, accuracy and flexibility of kitchen planning. The system, whilst making the process much easier for both designers and their clients, was highly praised for its ability to draw to scale the 400 items of Zanussi equipment which were stored in the database.
The industry-leading idea completely modernised the process of kitchen design and Graham’s experience and knowledge in commercial CAD design continues to this today.
