GLS designed, supplied and installed the restaurant kitchen, buffet servery and bar for this new 155-bedroom hotel with conference facilities and on-site business centre, in the heart of Bristol.

The kitchen was designed with a double-sided island cooking suite, with preparation running parallel along both walls, and a separate dishwash area. A ventilation system comprised of a central canopy linked to the canopy over the buffet cooking unit.

To add a touch of theatre, large glass panels were used to give customers a view of the kitchen when at the buffet counter. The counter also has a live cooking station with induction hobs.
