As part of Hilton’s rebadging and refurbishment of one of its hotels in Reading under the DoubleTree brand, GLS received the order to supply and install the new buffet counters in the restaurant.
The buffet counters were constructed to match the finishes specified by the shopfitters and the client. The counters comprised of a hot section with inset Ceran hot plates and plate lowerator; a carvery section with removable carvery pads and plate lowerator; and a cold/ambient section with an invisible under-top refrigerated plate.
All of the component parts were delivered in sections for ease of transportation and access, then reassembled on site
