GLS have completed the restaurant kitchen refurbishment at The Wesley Hotel, an independent 4-star central London hotel – and the first ethical hotel in the UK.
The scheme comprised of reconfiguring and refurbishing the basement area, and increasing the size of the kitchen to cater for both hotel guests and conferences.
The kitchen is open plan, with a central cooking island, preparation to the perimeter, and a servery counter at the front. Our work included the design of the kitchen, plus the supply and installation of all of the kitchen equipment and ventilation.
