Allpress’s new London premises were previously a derelict (but spacious) old joiner’s factory. Part of the plan to convert the building into the company’s new roastery was to include a café, which GLS were delighted to help with.
The café serves expertly prepared espresso or single-origin filter brews. The food offering is simple with, a selection of unique sandwiches, breakfast plates and canteen dishes for lunch.
GLS supplied and installed the back counter cooking and preparation equipment, together with a separate dishwash area out of view of the customers.
