Part of the plan to convert a spacious old London factory building into the Allpress Espresso’s new roastery was to include a café, which GLS were delighted to help with.

The Meridian Grand is a new luxury wedding and event venue with capacity for over 800 guests, catered for by two kitchens designed and installed by GLS.

GLS have completed the restaurant kitchen refurbishment at The Wesley Hotel, an independent 4-star central London hotel – and the first ethical hotel in the UK.

A teaching kitchen comprising four student stations and a tutor station together with refrigeration, dry storage and pot-wash areas.

The project consisted of two separate buildings, the Futures which was a kitchen area with a servery through a hatchway to the central seated area. The other was the Rectory with an L-shaped counter offering the students a range of hot and cold meals.

Two projects for Bath Ales, where the kitchen areas were designed with open-plan cooking and preparation, and the storage and dishwashing to the rear out of the customer’s sight.

The brief was to design two kitchen areas, one as a restaurant operation, the other as a training kitchen.

A central production kitchen to serve both the onsite nursery and the surrounding nurseries and clubs in the Wallington and Sutton area.

GLS designed, supplied and installed the restaurant kitchen, buffet servery and bar for this new 155-bedroom hotel in the heart of Bristol.

White's is the oldest gentleman's club in London, founded in 1693. The kitchen is on the fifth floor, which made removing delivering new equipment an interesting challenge!
